Demonstrating Customer-Focused Solutions in Pallet Wrapping Machinery

nPack Machine Services provides pallet wrapping machine support, service, preventative maintenance, spare parts and new machines.

The company recently celebrated success in supplying four new machines to a valued customer who requested advice on an automated wrapping system for their new premises in Wolverhampton, with a budget to match.

After discussing the customer's wants and needs, nPack’s recommendation was to stay with the standard static power pre-stretch pallet wrapping machine, resulting in the installation of four static machines, referred to by nPack Machine Services as a four bank system.

The four bank system has proven to be more efficient and reliable, with running and support costs significantly lower than an automated machine system. A four bank system is a quarter in purchase costs compared to a fully automated system.

The main reason for the end customer's consideration of an automated system was the speed of pallets wrapped and to save operators from waiting for a machine to finish a cycle.
