Repairs & Breakdowns

We carry the most common spare parts with our engineers as standard, which is why we resolve around 80% of faults on the first visit without the need for a return trip.
Our minimum on-site response time is 72 hours across the UK, and because our engineers are based throughout the country rather than operating from a single depot, we can often attend sooner than that depending on your location.
All replacement parts we fit are original manufacturer components wherever possible, or a trusted higher-quality branded alternative, so every repair is built to last rather than just to get the machine moving again for a few weeks.

Machine Installation
Whether you are setting up a new site, replacing ageing equipment or looking to scale your wrapping capacity, our Machine Installation service covers everything from a single machine to a multi-unit bank system of up to eight machines.
We supply, install and commission pallet wrapping and strapping machines from leading UK, European and Asian manufacturers, and our involvement does not stop once the machine is switched on.
Every installation includes a full commissioning process to confirm the machine is operating correctly for your specific application, along with operator and team leader training so your staff understand how to use the equipment properly and carry out basic day-to-day maintenance checks.
We can also advise on the right machine configuration before you commit to a purchase, including whether a bank system of standard machines would serve your throughput requirements better than a single automated solution, which can be a significant saving in both purchase cost and ongoing running costs.
